Ken Flint
Ken Flint established Ken Flint & Associates in 1981 as a specialist equipment financing broking group incorporating Australasian Aircraft Finance Pty Ltd. In March 2006 Ken became the founding Managing Director of Turner Securities Ltd, AFS Licensed funder.
Ken has a prior banking background with NAB and Standard Chartered in both South Australia and the Northern Territory. With over 30 years experience, Ken has expertise in capital equipment finance, commercial lending, private syndication and mortgage lending, specialist finance for aviation, capital funding project management and heavy haulage and earth moving equipment financing. He has an impressive client portfolio including government, NGO’s, SME’s and sophisticated private clients.

Sharon Burton
Originally from Australia, Sharon has returned after living and running an incredibly successful mortgage broking business in the UK for 15 years. Having originally qualified with a Dip. In Book Keeping and subsequent Financial Planning Certificates, Sharon now holds a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management.
Sharon has brought with her over 20 years of broking experience along with an extensive knowledge of wealth creating using residential property. Having bought, sold and renovated both here in Australia and the UK, Sharon uses her personal experience to help her clients from buying their first home right through to development and investment ensuring that their clients reach every financial milestone in life.
Kimberley Eime
Specialising in the development of finance applications, liaising with lenders and suppliers, overseeing documentation, and the finalisation/ settlement process of equipment loans, Kimberley adds another compliance layer with her financial administration background. With a primary focus on KMF Group Equipment Finance, as well as vehicles, heavy machinery and aviation, Kimberley will often be the first point of contact for clients, finance customers and banks.
